Co-wrote educational film DEMOCRACY, distributed nationally in Australian schools, wrote TV pilots RIVER BOY for Hanna Barbara. Conducted workshops on screen writing ; national lecture tour with poets and writers for literacy foundation. Honored by Australian Writers Guild for making “substantial contribution” to Australian Film Industry.
- 1976 to present, wrote network television pilots for Henry Fonda and Fred Astaire. Co-wrote pilot GUEST IN THE HOUSE for David Wolper. Wrote for COLUMBO, FAMILY, STREETS OF SAN FRANCISCO. Original screenplays: TRIP TO INDIA, for director Herbert Ross at MGM; DREAMS OF MARIANNE, for director Noel Black at Cinema Systems. Co-wrote (with Robert Weverka) REVOLUTION OF ANTONIO DE LEON, a TV movie of the week for UNIVERSAL. Wrote TV pilot ONE STEP BEYOND, for Universal.
- Adapted (with director Charles Rome Smith) two Ray Bradbury short stories into a play, NEXT IN LINE, premiered at Ivar Theater, Hollywood. 2004 Staged at Theater West, Los Angeles.
